 I hate fondant so we will have white buttercream, 3 tiers, simple decorations.  The bottom and top tiers will be chocolate with chocolate gnash filling.  The middle tier will be banana cake with cream cheese filling.  The icing will have swirls with our monogram on the middle tier.
We will serve the top tier at the brunch the day after the wedding.  

Matt hates cake and loves cheese, he wants a cheese course instead of a desert.  He found a cake made of cheese, we decided it would be a great compromise, he could have his cheese as a grooms "cake."
He hasn't decided if wants to decorate with fruit for flowers.  

We would like to do a candy table with candy from England and the US.
